Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 27, 2026 Last updated: May 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Dorsey & Dorsey Inc, doing business as “Cheapest Auto Insurance” (“we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Cheapest Auto Insurance mobile application (the “App”), including any embedded web content the App displays, and any related services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who we are

Controller / business contact:

If you are a California resident, you may also contact us using the methods above to exercise your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (see Section 9).

2. Summary of what the App does

The App is a mobile interface for obtaining auto-insurance quotes and managing an existing insurance customer portal. It works primarily by displaying secure web pages from our quote and portal website (https://insured.savemoneycarinsurance.com) inside an embedded in-app browser (“WebView”). When you submit information on those web pages, you are submitting it directly to our website — the App does not separately store or transmit that information.

3. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information. The categories below are written to align with the Google Play Data safety form so you can verify completeness.

3.1 Information you provide directly through the embedded web pages

When you use the Get a Quote flow or the Client Portal, you may be asked to provide the following on web pages loaded inside the App:

You provide this information voluntarily. Some fields are required to generate a quote or to access an account; others are optional.

3.2 Information collected automatically when you use the App

3.3 What we do NOT collect

For clarity (and because Google’s Data Safety form asks specifically), the App does not collect or access any of the following:

If we change any of the above in a future version of the App, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required by law, request your consent.

4. How we use information

We use the information described in Section 3 to:

We do not sell your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it to deliver targeted ads inside the App.

5. How we share information

We share information only as described below:

We do not share information with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks.

6. Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. Quote and policy data is generally retained for the period required by applicable state insurance recordkeeping laws (typically 3–7 years). WebView cookies set by our website persist until they expire or you clear App storage; you can clear them at any time by deleting and reinstalling the App or using your device’s app-storage controls.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information transmitted to and stored by our website, including TLS encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at the address in Section 1 and we will delete the information.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. To exercise any of the rights below, contact us at josh@tulsainsuranceonline.com. We will verify your request before responding.

9.1 California (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; (b) request deletion; (c) request correction of inaccurate information; (d) opt out of “sale” or “sharing” (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising); (e) limit use of sensitive personal information; and (f) be free from retaliation for exercising these rights. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

9.2 Other US states

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including but not limited to Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others as enacted) have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and port their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and certain profiling. We will honor verifiable requests as required by your state’s law.

9.3 EEA / UK (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract (to provide quotes and policy services), consent (where collected), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, App operation), and legal obligations.

10. International data transfers

Our website and service providers are located in the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those of your country.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as a banner in the App or an in-store update note). Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
